If the town was indeed looking into holding the contractors responsible, I certainly think that would have been reported in the papers. I think the town should tell us the taxpayers, Yes we have to spend millions of dollars to tear down a school and rebuild because of a poor job someone else did, but you can be assured we are going to hold them accountable.
Since it wasn't covered in the paper, and I think it's important for everyone to know, maybe if someone from the Citizen reads these posts they can do a story and let us know if indeed the town is looking into legal action.
