Anybodybutjohn.com supports Mary Carroll-Mirylees due to her understanding that elected officials represent the will and interests of the people. We believe that Mary would have restored honesty to Fairfield politics.
We are saddened that Mary did not succeed in obtaining the Republican nomination for Selectman. It is also sad that only Republicans had the chance to choose whether Mary was right for Fairfield as all citizens had chosen in the last election.
Independents, Unaffiliated and Democrats voices were not heard in the primary. But all people in Fairfield will have a voice in November.
