Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. Just because a person has a different opinion does not warrant name calling. Young or old, your opinions about the issues are important. I you want your message to remain on the board, please stop the name calling.

Here's the point.... John asked everyone to support one high school and then voted for one school in a Board of Selectman's meeting. Then he changed his mind. He didn't change his mind because it was best for the Town. He didn't change his mind because he systematically explained the facts to the residents so they could make a well informed decision. He didn't change his mind because he himself reviewed the facts. He changed his mind because he's a CHUMP... that is he doesn't do his homework, he doesn't listen to boards or commissions and he seldom knows what he is talking about. He just stirs up trouble and then tries to plead that he had nothing to do with it. If the schools were the only example of a mess well maybe we could give him the benefit of the doubt. But what about the Fire Commission, The Board of Finance, the Friends of Open Space, the Conservation Commission, The Building Committees, the Mill Hill Association, the Greenfield Hill Village group....and this latest diasterous plan for another train station. The way the contract was written I thought we were seeing some sort of Bridgeport deal and wondered just how many people would profit from this deal....and john tried to force it through so no one would have a chance to look at it! Then there is the point that he often is a raving maniac literally screaming at town employees and elected officials. If you doubt this you can ask his secretary or Paul Hiller or for that matter anyone who works in Independence Hall. You can hear John all over the building. And another point have you ever seen him at public meetings. His arrogrance and rudness are on constant display as he strutts around the room ignoring speakers and sitting in the audience often talking and laughing about those speaking. So the net is what are John's positive attributes?....... He's rude and arrogrant, poorly informed, ignores any advice boards or commission give, tried to push through a dubious train station proposal and is constantly screaming. We need to let John try another line of work were these things won't hurt others... including you,me and our kids!
