Interesting article in the Fairfield County Business Journal. The developer reduces rail station build out. Market conditions have forced developer Blackrock Realty LLC of Stamford to rethink the amount of space it will build. So the towns pay back is already in question??? But we did'nt hear about that at the last meeting did we.
